What does the workforce of the future mean?
Train & Rail aims to be an obvious meeting place for future employees and to increase the number of visitors interested in a future in the train and rail industry.
Train & Rail will invite students from high schools, colleges, vocational colleges, folk high schools and transition organizations to visit the fair and, according to a predetermined loop, meet relevant exhibitors and järnvägsjobb.se.
What is included for you as an exhibitor:
- Visibility on the website with logo under the tab Employees of the future
- Sign in the stand that you are participating in Employees of the Future
- Visibility on digital screen at the Employees of the Future stand
- Marking on the map for students to follow when visiting the fair
- Logo and company name on the map for students to follow when visiting the fair
- Unique opportunity to talk directly to students interested in the train and rail industry
Cost to participate: 4000 SEK (excl. VAT)
How does it work?
- Schools register on the Train & Rail website and indicate what time they want to visit the fair on Thursday (registration opens in spring)
- There is a maximum of 15 students per group to allow time for questions. Groups start at 15-minute intervals with a break for lunch
- The students start their visit at the Employees of the Future stand where järnvägsjobb.se is on site and receives
- Students are given a map of the hall with the exhibitors they will visit marked and a short introduction to the fair
- After the students have walked around the hall and talked to the exhibitors, they end the visit at the Future Employees stand where there is an opportunity to ask further questions to järnvägsjobb.se about education and career opportunities
