Base price stand space - SEK 2 090/sqm

To participate as a main exhibitor, there is a mandatory starter kit per stand.

Note: The minimum bookable stand area is 12 sqm.

Starter kit – SEK 7 995

The starter kit includes:

1 LeadMate license (ability to scan visitors’ badges and collect their information)
Company Profile Online (possibility to profile your company on the event website)
Environmental fee
Exhibitor card
1 electrical outlet (230V)
Stand cleaning before the first day
Group insurance for exhibitors
Freight and empty packaging handling(Read terms and conditions here)

Co-exhibitor fee - SEK 4 490

If you want to exhibit together with another company (a main exhibitor), you pay a co-exhibitor fee. As a co-exhibitor, you will receive the same service and be promoted in the same way as the main exhibitor.

Freight and empty packaging handling (Starter kit)

Shipments exceeding 1,000 kg or 4 cubic metres must be booked at least four working days before arrival. Unscheduled loading and unloading will incur a charge. Special arrangements may apply for heavier lifts.
