Base price stand space - 2 090 SEK/sqm

To participate as a main exhibitor, there is a mandatory starter kit per stand.

Starter kit – 7 995 kr

The starter pack includes:

1 LeadMate license (ability to scan visitors’ badges and collect their information)
Company Profile Online (possibility to profile your company on the event website)
Environmental fee
Exhibitor card
1 electrical outlet (230V)
Stand cleaning before the first day
Group insurance for exhibitors

Added value and discounts

Book early offer stand space (until December 31, 2025): 1 990 SEK/sqm

Co-exhibitor fee - SEK 4 490

If you want to exhibit together with another company (a main exhibitor), you pay a co-exhibitor fee. As a co-exhibitor, you will receive the same service and be promoted in the same way as the main exhibitor.

Freight and empty packaging handling (Starter kit)

Quantities of goods exceeding 1000 kg or 4 cubic meters must be pre-booked at least four working days before the arrival of the goods. (Unscheduled unloading/loading will be charged. Special agreements may apply for heavy lifting)
